The auditorium, which can seat up to 574 people, includes seats equipped with fold-away desktops, a high-quality sound system for both music and speech complete with a microphone for the podium, five for the chairmen, a wireless handheld microphone for the audience, and one clip-on wireless microphone. The audio/video control room is separate and equipped with recording and reproduction equipment, including sound quality control using a sophisticated digital system that automatically equalizes the sound in the auditorium based on the number of people in the audience and the type of sound being transmitted.
A large, motorized screen (10m x 6m) is suited for double projections using high-power projectors (more than 4000 lumens) at both XGA and virtual SXGA resolutions or carousel slide projectors. The video control room can also connect the main hall with other areas bilaterally
both inside (restaurants, rooms) and/or outside the conference center. Also available to customers is a lobby (90m2) with adjoining reception office equipped with a direct phone line, internet access, and a photocopier.
